Welcome to the Help & Support Centre of the CCPO Manual Training Platform. This page provides essential guidance to help you navigate the platform and resolve common issues effectively.

 

🔐 Getting Started: Account & Login

To access the platform, you must first create an account:

1. Click the Sign Up button on the homepage.
2. Complete the registration form with a valid email address.
3. Verify your email through the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
4. Once verified, you can log in at any time using your credentials.

Important: For security reasons, always log out after using the platform, especially on shared or public devices.

 

📚 Accessing Courses

To begin a course:

1. Navigate to the Courses page.

2. Click on the course you’re interested in.

3. Click Add to Cart.

  • If the course is free, the “Continue Watching” button will appear immediately.

  • If the course is paid, go to Checkout and complete the payment to gain access.

  •  

📄 Course Materials & Certificates

  • 1. Only downloadable materials provided by the course creator will be available under the Curriculum section of each course.

  • 2. Once you complete a course, your certificate of completion can be downloaded from your Profile Dashboard.

❓ Why Can’t I Move to the Next Lesson?

To progress to the next lesson, you must:

  • 1. Complete the required duration of the current lesson or

  • 2. Pass any attached quiz.

This ensures a structured learning experience and helps track your progress.
